The juggle is real.

Work at home. Study at home. Eat and Sleep at home. Relax at home. Have fun at home.

Life … at home.

For many of us, this is our reality.

Is hashtag “I can’t get anything done” trending? It should be.

When we’re in the midst of this juggle, and overwhelm looms large, I find it’s good to go small. Ask yourself, what’s the minimum viable thing I could do right now — in this minute — that will take me closer to achieving something? Anything.

Accept that meeting invite.

Respond to that yes / no / quick answer email.

Take that coffee cup to the kitchen. Maybe, even wash it.

Decide what’s for dinner, even if it’s breakfast time.

Stretch or meditate for a minute.

The smallest viable thing. DONE.

In these most unusual of times, the juggle isn’t going anywhere soon. Accepting that and focusing on the small steps all adds up.

What’s your minimum viable thing to do today?
